Refund and Cancellation Policy

We hope you love our products as much we do, but if you aren’t thrilled with your purchase we will be happy to assist you in any way we can.

CANCELLATIONS

The cancellation will only be initiated if we receive a request on email from you within one hour of placing the order or before your order has been dispatched.
*Note: Pre-paid orders are not eligible for a refund on cancellation. In case you wish to modify or cancel a prepaid order, a credit voucher equivalent to the amount will be issued which you can use against future orders.

RETURNS (IF APPLICABLE)

We don’t accept any returns because the product is personalized. We accept returns only under the following circumstances:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our side, you need to notify us by email within 24 hours. So that we can process your application for returns. (To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.)

Return shipping charges will be paid or reimbursed by the user.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If applicable for a refund and approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 15 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and it has been more than 15 days and you have still not received your refund yet, please contact us at singleonelasttime@gmail.com.

SALE/ DISCOUNTED ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, items on sale/ discount cannot be refunded or exchanged.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged from our side. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at singleonelasttime@gmail.com and send your item to: Ground Floor, 171, Gujranwala Town Part-2, Delhi, North West Delhi, Delhi, 110009 (There is no exchange available on sale/discounted items.)

  • Unboxing video of the product is needed to apply for exchange.
  • If the spelling is wrong or if the product received is different from what you ordered piece will have to be sent back.
